GEAR UP

Throw on a shirt or tank top to stay cool. Three-quarter-length tights are a great choice—shorts or sweats not such a good one. Since your ride needs special clipable shoes, we take care of it for you. Speak to us if you want to purchase one, and we can advise you on it.

SAFETY COMES FIRST

Put LYFE before your cycle— Our bodies are made up of 73% water. So make sure to keep sufficient water inside you. To spend energy you got to have energy, we recommend having a light snack 30 mins before your workout. If you have a related medical history, please consult your doctor before your first ride
